Cabo Wabo Tequila Blanco 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg Preparation: In a bowl, beat the egg yolk until it lightens in color. Gradually add 4 teaspoons of sugar and beat until dissolved. Add milk, cream, Tequila and nutmeg, stir to combine. Beat egg white in separate bowl until you have soft peaks. With mixer still running, gradually add the additional teaspoon of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg whites into the mixture, chill and serve.
