All CN have a great presentation!

Nice thick legs. oily...I like!
Aroma: good agave, vanilla and burnt butter
Initial Taste: yummy agave and oak... maybe some butterscotch(?)
Spirit Body: agave with hints of cinnamon, slightly warm
Finish: warm, medium cinnamon and pepper aftertaste... nice and long :)

This is probably my number 1 as far as I'm concerned!

Purchased on sale at Old Town Liquor for $42.99

Light golden mahogany color with excellent clarity.
Aroma: It has a very elegant and very robust aroma. Agave, heavy oak, caramel, honey, and vanilla. These flavors are all very pronounced and distinct.
Initial Taste: A very nice oak and vanilla initial flavor with the other flavors lingering and complimenting each other. Each sip was a wow!
Body: Medium-light body with light tears in glass; but not oily in the mouth at all. The flavors are balanced and compliment each other.
Finish: Medium-long finish with sweet agave forward and then the oak, honey, and vanilla flavors are strong on the finish. It leaves you with a taste of something that has been well aged.
Price: This is an excellent anejo for the price.

This is an absolutely delicious, robust tequila. I love it! The flavors are very intense, yet compliment each other very well. It is an excellent sipper that is hard to put down.

Aroma - Sweet agave, dark chocolate, caramel candy, cream soda, earthy tones, quite floral.
Initial Taste - Smooth, very smooth, agave, very floral, slightly chocolately.
Body - Earthy and very floral, definitely showing as a lowland, slight sweet agave, same mouthfeel as a lindor milk chocolate, very complex, medium to full bodied.
Finish - Lingers very long, about 2-3 minutes. Finishes sweet with a oaky and oily finish.
Enjoyability - Very enjoyably, this is one of my favorites.

Purchased for $85, I always enjoyed the casa noble line. Casa noble is aged in 66L barrels which creates a faster aging process, surprisingly the agave is still noticeable on the palate. Very solid Anejo even being triple distilled.

It was a gift for my birthday, but you can buy it in this area for $49. I love this tequila. It has a strong taste of caramel and vanilla with a darker straw/brown color. It's smooth and is an excellent sipper. It has very little after burn and the taste continues to delight long after you're finished. I'll stick to the cheaper blancos and reposados for margaritas. This will have a special place in my pantry for special occasions but I'm going to have to buy more of it, because I can't keep from having a little taste a couple times each week. The price could be better or it could be worse. It is what it is--a little slice of heaven.

There's a semi-bittersweetness here, both in the nose and taste, adding burnt caramel and oak notes to an earthy agave without overwhelming it. Very big and smooth going down, with a heated finish and a lovely spicy woody linger on the tongue like a wonderful encore to the show, which may very well be the best part of this whole sublime experience. End to end a fantastic anejo, all in a beautiful bottle.

But now that I have tasted Casa Noble, it will be one of those sipping tequilas that I will keep on hand. Very smooth and rich. Excellent agave character. The bottle is attractive and appropriate. It doesn't sit on the shelf screaming, "Look at me, dammit!" I'm a little suspicious of a tequila distillery that thinks more of marketing than quality, and that's the impression I get from ridiculous bottles.

I tried Casa Noble in Feb.2011 for the first time. This tequila knocked my socks off. For $60 you will not find a better tequila. It has the aroma of vanilla and chocolate. The taste also has these same excellent qualities with wood and earthy flavors. I have never tasted chocolate in a tequila before. All I can say is WOW! This a smooth drink with a very complex taste. This drink may be too complex for some silver drinkers. It is in my top 4 tequilas, along with Don Julio 1941, Gran Corralejo and Partida Anejo. I agree with the higher ratings and most of the input from these other tasters.

For people who like to really taste the agave and yet also have long, lingering finish and burn...this is the tequila that you are searching for.

It's not my favorite anejo, but I enjoy keeping it stocked because it is unique and tastes very good. The purple bottle is cool and looks good on a shelf as well. At roughly $50 a bottle, it is priced pretty well.

Initial Taste - Again, vanilla, chocolate, a slight sweetness and a secondary burn.
Body- Very slow tears with a coloring of a fine French cognac.
Finish - Refined sweetness with a lingering taste of chocolate.
Enjoyability - Okay, this one is for the record books. For the price, you have a tequila that is up there with the taste, finish, and enjoyability of the best of the best. The mat purple bottle still seems weird to me.... however, I am surprised at how closely this tequila comes in matching the 5 year single barrel Casa Noble. If the 5 year is an out of the park home run, then this one is sliding into the home plate with plenty of time of time to spare.

I bought this 1/15/10 for $55.00, what a deal! The glass is a beautiful dark purple and has a cork top. The color is a wonderful medium amber, slight oil and tears. The nose is full of caramel, vanilla, spices, floral with a slight wood aroma... Let this tequila settle a bit and then work slowly to bring out it's full character. It settles on the tongue just perfect, the agave and everything else working it's way over your taste buds. Mmmmm, leaves a nice finsh. I could say more... just get some and share it with a good friend, or, maybe your wife! no disapointments here.

I am drinking it out of cognac snifter. The nose on this masterpiece is wonderful, with vanilla, musk and age. Very little hints of alcohol are mixed with an amazing earthy tone. The body was sexy, with long strong legs, that just hung onto the glass, for dear life. Upon first sip, I realized I was truly drinking an agave master piece. The earth, soil, water, sunshine and Agave were present in my mouth and all flowed together in harmony. The flavors developed in my mouth as I drew in little bubbles of air. Flavor, flavor and more flavor slid down my throat as I drank this epic beverage. The finish was long and memorable.
Casa Noble is truly a noble drink, not to be missed by an ardent fan of Tequila.

It is sweet and delicious, and that sweetness persists without any bitterness. Body is deep and full, offering more of the dark herbaceous agave. Fades slowly with hints of wood, smoke and an earthy mineral touch. While my tastes tend toward the highland tequilas, and Casa Noble Anejo is clearly 100% from the lowlands, I acknowledge fully its fine attributes, deep complexity and the care and attention with which it is produced. In the way of comparison I drank Partida anejo the night before and was surprised by how similar they were in some regards. If you like Partida's anejo you'll love this - it's got the nice buttery, vanilla, agave sweetness but with a much smoother delivery and less alcohol presence. Don't get me wrong - Partida is incredible, but I did find this just a bit more enjoyable. I purchased this bottle in Michigan for the state minimum price of $88, which seems high, but this is a great tequila.

The editor nailed this review honestly. It's hard to write one without sounding like a copycat because of that. But I loved the nose on this - nice agave presence with a delicate blend of vanilla and butter and apple. The aroma carries through to the first taste, which to me was just the right combination of almost rich butter, vanilla, but sweet with the agave, and just a little smokey wood flavor. Outstanding!

The body was indeed thick and warm, but not syrupy. I laughed when I saw the editor had written cinnamon in the aftertaste section - I said to my wife as I finished it that it had a nice little cinnamon flavor in the finish, along with just a nice smooth overall finish.

This is the best anejo I've had for under $100. Granted, it's almost that much, but I definitely feel like I got my money's worth here. I highly recommend trying this if you love anejos!

I would have rated presentation better as I like the unique look of the bottle, but I didn't love the cork stopper as it feels like it's not creating a tight seal to me. I'm quite sure it is or they'd do something else... hopefully I'm right on that.
