Their website is only in Spanish, which I like. It makes me feel like I'm drinking like the Mexicans. I tend to like tequilas from the Amatitan region of Jalisco and for the mere price of a portrait of Andrew Jackson this can be yours. Aroma: Fruity agave. The fruit is some citrus and some berries. Very inviting. Initial Taste: Smooth entry. Light agave and fruit. A fairly unique initial flavor. Body: Medium body, semi-oily. Still a light and sweet/fruity flavor. There's not a ton of agave kick to round it out. Finish: Short finish with no heat or spice whatsoever. This is a fairly muted tequila at the end. I'm not sure what to make of this one. The aroma is very nice and the initial taste had some promise. However, the further it went along, the less impressive the tequila was. It lacked the character that you want in a tequila...especially in a blanco. I would say that this would be a decent mixer or a mild starter tequila. It's not a bad buy, but it's also not something that I'm going to be buying again. ]]> Wed, 22 Aug 2012 02:04:58 +0000
