A taste of mostly caramel, but some floral and earth with a touch of oak; it is fairly balanced with no distinguishing flavors. The body is on the lighter side of medium, but not thin at all. A quick, uninteresting finish with a little caramel and very slight vegetal aftertaste.

This was pleasant, but not a standout for me, especially with the weak finish. It's a very fine mixer, but just not a go-to sipper. At around $20, it's a great value, but I wouldn't pay a lot more than that for it. A simple, easy to pour bottle with a wooden screw top, but sort of a cartoonish clear sticker.

With this entire line being $25 or under at many places, I thought for sure it was worth a look. Here's what I thought...

Aroma: Agave, Caramel, Fruit and light floral notes.
Initial Taste: Sweet agave and caramel.
Body: Fairly thin body. Oak notes and light pepper notes compliment the sweetness of the initial flavors.
Finish: Slightly bitter, but smooth and pleasant. The caramel comes back and lingers around. I wish there were more spice notes to linger with it.

All around a solid tequila and definitely worth the money. Having tasted the reposado, I'll definitely try the rest of the line.

Appearance: medium straw, yellow hues - thick body and slow tears
Aroma: earthy, musty agave, hint of tobacco
Initial Taste: lt. agave, mildly sweet, chalky mouthfeel
Spirit Body: spiced agave, grassy and warm
Finish / Aftertaste: warm mouthfeel, short aftertaste, sweet agave and hint of caramel

The entire lineup of 3 Amigos is a great buy for the price.

This is definitely a great reposado for under $35 bux! Aroma: An intense nose of butterscotch, fruit, and agave. Initial Taste: A semi oily mouth feel. No bitterness on entry and an initial taste of caramel. Body: A great agave body complimented nicely by caramel, fruit and earth. Finish: A heated finish of short duration with a fruity butterscotch lingering. Well done 3 Amigos!
