It's truly one that I enjoy sipping on, so that you can enjoy each flavor as it rolls over your tongue. The smell of the tequila has a tinge of cinnamony, brown sugar and honey, which certainly carries over into the taste of the tequila itself. You can tell that it will have a bit of a buttery soft texture to it, as you sniff it into your nostrils.

It has a medium bodied flavor to it, very earthy and rich. Sweet and well cooked, but without the heavier taste of most anejos. This is a tequila that really makes me enjoy and appreciate reposados. Very mild and balanced, yet maintains the perfectly sweet and sugary taste of a well cooked and aged reposado.
