This was purchased at Total Wine and More for $22.00. This juice is just average overall. It is fine for margaritas. It has a distinct vanilla taste with a hint of caramel and spice. It has an above average taste of alcohol as well. It has a lasting after taste, but isn't totally pleasant. I'm partial to very smooth tequila, but this isn't in that class. I hope to taste very high end Casa Matias brands soon to compare. I know I've enjoyed their Pueblo Viejo Reposado very much. I was once told Pueblo Viejo, and thus Casa Matias, was the only woman-owned distillery in Mexico. Not sure if that's still true, but it IS notable. Salud. ]]> Sat, 02 Mar 2013 05:20:07 +0000
