Every palate is different, so while this one might not be my favorite, I would still not hesitate to recommend it to someone who may favor a diffrent flavor profile than I would.

Aroma: A nice agave and caramel nose along with a bit of earth and olive.
Body: Medium body and the sweetness fades away into more earthy and peppery notes.
Finish: A nice long finish of agave, chocolate and pepper that stays on the tongue for a while.

This is a definite sipper for those who really like the peppery notes of a blanco and want to sip with some dark chocolate. While dark chocolate isn't may favorite thing, this tequila might be at the top of the list for someone who like their tequila a bit more earthy with a hint of bitter than those who like the ultra sweet brands.

The Tierras presentation is nice and not too fancy. I'd still recommend this to any tequila drinker. It's got great character and is very smooth.
