Tasted out of a caballito. Azunia anejo completes a great line. One of the 'better' of the new tequilas recently coming to the market. Very 'sippable'. This is definitely one I'd recommend to new tequila sippers. Aroma: A 'classic' anejo nose full of fruit and caramel. Initial Taste: semi oily mouth feel. A sweet entry with no bitterness. Initial taste was of fruit (berry). Body: A great agave body with compliments of berry, caramel, ever so slight smoke, and slight pepper. Finish: A slightly heated finish of medium duration with a fruity caramel lingering.
