I bought this on my last trip to Arizona (a year ago) and I just hadn't got around to it. That said the wife is down there again hopefully picking me up something tasty and I looked at this thinking I should give it a try. Now, I'm kicking myself. Its good, like really good for the price. The color is quite light for an Anejo, but the aroma and nose has lots of complexity. Lemon, Grass, a touch of Vanilla and a hint of Strawberry (love strawberries). The intial taste has some butter, caramel and licorice which leads into a buttery smooth body. The finish is nice with a slight tartness at the tail. This is a super great effort in a lighter Anejo style but with all the complexity you want in something that is aged longer.
