Mejor Tequila Añejo is made from our family estate hand selected majestic Blue Agave located in los Altos de Jalisco (between Arandas and Atotonilco el alto). Our exquisite Añejo is aged over 19 months at the close direction of our highly regarded and experienced master distiller in American oak Jack Daniel's barrels.

Micro-batched and aged significantly longer than most other Añejos, the extra barrel time exposes mellow caramel flavors with touches of chocolate and vanilla, giving Mejor Añejo a luxuriously smooth and complex finish- perfect for sipping.

Appearance: light amber / yellow hues - full body and thick tears
Aroma: light agave and oak, hints of banana, honey, and vanilla
Initial Taste: vanilla and sweet roasted agave
Spirit Body: oak and vanilla, warm mouthfeel
Finish / Aftertaste: orange spice finish with long mint / ash aftertaste

Just what we'd expect from Mejor, the Añejo is an excellent complement to their Blanco and Reposado, and carries similar flavors all the way through.
