An outstanding reposado, especially in a side-by-side with big brother anejo, where repo's robust character really shines through. Smell is much more a defined crispness to anejo's complex richness: beautiful vanilla notes, citrusy sharpness, oak, and agave - nose is a tad more candied than anejo. Thinner mouthfeel than big brother, but certainly not at the expense of flavour, which is huge. Great big earthy agave taste, mild vanilla sweetness, a generous pinch of bitter sour - citrus, some wood, maybe coffee bean - to balance it all out. Nice warm medium finish (anejo is a little hotter), tongue keeps sparkling with pepper spice, wood, and light cooked sugar - just right. This is a fantastically expressive and delicious repo! Although both ages are similar in their patented Casa Noble character notes, they are strikingly unique. Now the verdict: Which of the two siblings do I like best? No contest, I love you both equally :-)

A good solid reposado with some nice character. As to be expected from the Casa Noble line.

Aroma: Agave, Vanilla, Earth and Oak.
Initial Taste: Not as sweet as I'd expect, but a pleasant sweet oak entry with hints of vanilla.
Body: Medium body. Nice wood and spice notes combine with the agave and vanilla sweetness.
Finish: A medium length smoky/peppery finish with an oak linger. It keeps the points of the agave and the aging. A nice balance.

I think that I like the anejo best from this group, but this is a solid tequila. The bottles and stoppers look great. Since it can be easily found, I'd happily recommend this to someone to try as a good example of a balanced reposado.

It's a toss-up between the Casa Noble and the Chinaco as my favorite Reposado. I think the Casa Noble edges the Chinaco out due to it's nice Vanilla, Caramel and Oak flavors.
Very smooth with very little heat on the finish, and presented in a great package.

Nose: Vanilla a bit of coffee and chocolate

Initial Taste: Vanilla sweet agave a little astringent

Body: Complex light medium heavy and oily depends where it is in the mouth for the weight

Finish: Smoky/peppery/sweet agave in that order vanilla. Again well rounded tequila what you get in the nose is in the finish.

I like mixing this or the crystal with Baluarte repo I think I prefer the crystal when mixing them. This doesn't go well in caipirinhas the crystal is okay in them though. They are both much better by themselves.

I am drinking this out of a snifter. The nose is a mixture of agave, vanilla, wood and burn. There is a slight hint of cream hiding under the alcohol burn. The initial taste is sweet and light with a body that is not to thick or thin. I swirled it around the glass and noticed the legs did not hang on like it's big brother Añejo. It also is of a lighter hue, then the Casa Noble Añejo, but that is to be expected.
It's body feels good in the mouth and has a pleasant mixture of earth, vanilla and agave. It is, for sure, a sweet Reposado with bits of wood and cream orbiting the main stage that is characterized by the agave.
I think for the price point, I am on the fence. Yes, this is a great tequila, but for $10.00 more, the Añejo, is much smoother and full of dynamic flavor. This might be a great bottle to have on hand for that evening when friends are over and you want to save your Bottle Casa Noble Añejo for your self :)
The presentation is nice and embodies the spirit of the Casa Noble brand.
Over all, this a nice Reposado, with complex yet distinguished flavors. The nice thing about Casa Noble is that you can tell by the flavors that it is from the same soil and distillery. The family of Casa Noble make epic tequilas that are not to be missed by any ardent fan of this sublime spirit.
